Return and Exchange Policy

At Darveys our priority concern is the satisfaction of our clients. We want you to get what you pay for and to that end we allow for no shortfalls or inconsistencies. Your product will be precisely what you see and read of at our website and any discrepancies in the same shall be remedied by us as swiftly as possible. We work closely to provide you with the most accurate information given to us by our seller (including pictures/descriptions). 

Our company runs on an International marketplace model, wherein luxury boutiques/sellers across the globe showcase their products on our portal exclusively. Whenever a customer places an order, the order is directly sent across to the concerned boutique/seller and they fulfill the same. We here at Darveys.com facilitate the entire process to make your experience as pleasant as possible. The exchange/return policy that we have is a common one with all boutiques/sellers. We have an exchange policy on all our products if the case be of a manufacturing defect with the product, however for all other cases- we have a 10 day exchange policy on full priced items but there is no exchange/return applicable on final sale items.There is no after sales service provided by Darveys.com 

If you wish to return a product, contact us and our representative shall pickup the product at a time and place convenient for you. However, there are certain criteria that need to be followed in order to facilitate the return. These are:

  1. Return/Exchange must be made within the designated period of return.
  2. Product must not be damaged. Damage resulting due to improper shipping and handling will not be accepted here
  3. The particular brand packaging i.e. the box in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product
  4. Shipment freight fee are borne by us however duties/taxes (If any) will be borne by the customer
  5. All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place
Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your luxury purchase. If failing to do so, due to any condition you can get your product exchanged for another. However there are certain criteria that need to be followed in order to facilitate the exchange. These are:

  1. Request for exchange must be made within the exchange period designated for the particular product.
  2. Product should be unused, unworn and undamaged in any way.
  3. The particular brand packaging i.e. the box in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product
  4. All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place
  5. Any price adjustment is expected to be accepted at your end with the shipping of the new requested product.
CANCELLATION POLICY

We here at Darveys.com make the best endeavor, by bringing to you the hand-picked luxury fashion essentials directly at your doorstep, at the comfort of your home from over 287 boutiques/sellers.

We follow a thorough order placement procedure, which includes active participation of respective boutiques/sellers. Once your order is placed with Darveys.com, it is immediately forwarded to the boutique/seller. So it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed on Darveys.com. Our customers can sit back and relax since our product undergoes a proper quality assurance procedure before being dispatched. We make sure that our customers do not face any circumstances where in the order cancellation is required.
